We catalyse young leaders to spiritually & socially impact their cities through innovation and collaboration with the local church in the spheres of using Music, Media, Education and Mental Health.
Stories of Impact
This is a story of Divya (name changed) a 19-year-old girl from India’s party capital, who attempted to commit suicide three times. She struggled with issues of depression, alcoholism, self-worth and self-acceptance. Her first suicide attempt was due to lack of acceptance by her peers & teachers during her school days. Her second suicide attempt was due to extreme alcoholism. Finally, a failed relationship and the death of a loved one, pushed her over the edge when she made her third suicide attempt.
In her own words, ‘The session held in my college brought me back, literally from that black hole! The music and story shared has given me new perspective and hope.’ Soon after she reached out to talk and get help for her issues.Kevin Palau
